Handbags	Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Store in a dust bag when not in use. Clean with a soft, damp cloth when necessary. Avoid overstuffing to maintain the bag's shape. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches.
Shoes	Wipe off dirt and dust with a soft brush or cloth. Keep away from water and moisture. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Use a shoe tree or stuff with newspaper to maintain shape. Rotate shoes to prevent excessive wear on one pair.

Reporting Time	Returns & Exchanges must be reported within 1 week of receiving the delivery.
Method of Reporting	Return can be registered either by filling the return form or by writing us email with all the details and attached images if any available
Condition of the product	All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories (designer tags, shoe laces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels, and brand merchandise, if any), included within the original box and packaging. Please be sure to try on any shoes you've bought on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, which could result in damaging the item(s) and refusal of the return.
Return Shipping Charges	There are no fees associated with the return if they are to be collected from the same shipping address. Different shipping address will be charged accordingly. Any customs duties applied for international returns will be charged from the customer
Refund Timeline	Refunds can take between 5-10 business days, after the receival of the returned product.
Exchange Process	Once we receive the item to be exchanged in its original condition, we will pack and dispatch the new item without any extra delivery charge applied.
